I bought a ps4 pro and wanted to capture 1080p 60fps video but intensity pro 4k can only capture main menu of the console without problem, when i try to navigate ps4 pros menu up or down the input signal disappears if i go back to main menu it works. I didn't have such problem with standart ps4. Intensity pro 4k works fine with PC capture. It only has problem with ps4 pro need help

You have to do two things to get it working: You need to select 59.98p instead of 60p and you need to turn off DHCP in the system menu of the PS4. Then it should work.

Ps4 output was set to auto it picked up 59 hz by itself DHCP is off

Have you tried turning off the PS4 Pro "special" modes like Super Sampling and the Boost Mode? It could be a source of error. Try using the fixed 59.98 mode and not auto. How long is the cable from the PS4 to the Intensity? I had a problem with a cheap 10+m cable once.

Cable is 24 euro 2.0 premium hdmi, 1.5 meter not long i will try to disable boost mode.

Didn't change anything same thing With 1080p 59.98 and without boost mode no difference.

Sorry Man, I'm out of ideas then. My Pro works fine with said settings (w SS & Boost on). I remember it beeing a struggle to get it to work (tried around 5-8 different HDMI splitter / cables / whatever) but with a direct connection amd no DHCP, it worked fine.
