I'll report this via support also but posting here if someone else hits the issue.
Playing back 8+ track master files in Media Composer via Direct Out audio setting with the UltraStudio Mini Monitor used for IO we will randomly (but often) have a bunch of noise come out of the speakers. Currently running Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_10.11.2, Media_Composer_2018.10_Ma,c macOS 10.13 but had this with 10.11 & 10.12 also. Have had it with desktop video drivers Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_Avid_10.10.1 to Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_10.11.4 and previous Media Composer versions.
Will be hard to replicate at BMD I imagine but we have experienced it across 8 or 9 different computers and switching over to UltraStudio 4K eliminates the issue, I'd like to not need to replace all the IO's on assisting stations.
I've completely reformatted computers and fresh installed and getting the same thing.
