Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 4k not passing 1080p Signal

I've tested out 4 of these converters and they won't pass 1080p signal above 30fps.

The spec sheet says it should be able to handle 1080p 60fps without any issues. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

What is the source where you try to send 1080P from?

We've sent signal from multiple computers, through a decimator.

Sounds like a 3G Level A vs Level B problem ( guessing you tested it with a short cable and not with 100 meters of cable?!!)

What could be the issue is that the converter has old Firmware that does not support level A or B yet.
While the Decimator (( MD-HX?? )) will do both depending on the settings.

So best is to upgrade the Mini converters to the latest firmware. (See https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/suppor ... converters )
And then test again. Be sure to test with short cable (10 meters?! )
