Light NLE Editing and Grading on tablet with proxies

Can anyone recommend a light NLE to work with this unit?

I need to handle 4K footage. The idea is editing and grading but with proxies to end as 4K final master.

This is a product originally released by Avid that was picked up by Corel.

Don't know how it shares out projects - the original was designed to access the Photo/Movie library on tablets (on my iPad) and export a completed movielet. Never tried to export an EDL -- so I don't know how you expect this to work cutting proxies maybe "conforming online" to source media on a hero device?
