Hi folks, I was updating the software for my Intensity Thunderbolt, via a dialog box that popped up, when the power was cut to my thunderbolt dock that the unit is connected through, interrupting the update.
Following this, the device is not detected via the system preferences Desktop Video app.
I have tried
- Uninstalling Desktop video
- Downloading and installing latest Desktopvideo
- Various restarts and shutdowns
No joy. Unit worked perfectly on the iMac prior to this happening.
Any suggestions??
