ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K Audio problem

I have two ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K switch,both has problem on audio:

here is my test:

step 1:
there is no any other signal connect to Studio 4K switch,output signal is 1920x1080 50i

A:connect PGM or AUX to SONY LMD-1751W Input,there is noise in monitor speak;
B:connect PGM or AUX to SONY LMD-2051W Input,there is noise in monitor speak;
C:connect PGM or AUX to Panasonic BT-LH1700 Input,there is silence in monitor speak;
D:connect PGM or AUX to SONY PVM-1741 Input,there is silence in monitor speak;



step 2:
connect HD-SDI singal with embered audio to Studio 4K switch Input 1,output signal is 1920x1080 50i,and set switch output from input 1,and set audio follow video.

A:connect PGM or AUX to SONY LMD-1751W Input,there is noise in monitor speak;
B:connect PGM or AUX to SONY LMD-2051W Input,there is noise in monitor speak;
C:connect PGM or AUX to Panasonic BT-LH1700 Input,audio is distorted in monitor speak;
D:connect PGM or AUX to SONY PVM-1741 Input,audio is ok in monitor speak;


step 3:
repeat above test,and set video output mode to 525i59.94 NTSC 4:3、525i59.94 NTSC 16:9、625i50 PAL 4:3、625i50 PAL 16:9、720P50、720P59.94、1080i59.94、1080P23.98、1080P24,the audio is monitor is OK.


from these test ,I found when ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K switcher work in 1080i50 and 1080P25 mode,the audio is abnormal.

I think there may be some bug in the device firmware.

I have upgrade the firmware to the lasted version,and can't solve the problem.

Never had problems like this. Own a 1me 4k too in our 4K flypack. Go to the audio tab and see if you have any meters doing anything. Might be the Analog input producing noise..

Do you also have it when you slide the master fader down?

from my test,this problem only appear at 1080i50 and 1080p25 mode,so there may be some bugs in audio data embedding
