Ryzen 2700x + AMD 590 OpenCL Startup Error

My sister wanted to get into editing and so she downloaded Davinci Resolve. She gets the following error on startup, "Davinci Resolve could not find any OpenCL capable GPUs. Would you like to review and update your Davinci Resolve Hardware Configuration?"
When she tries to update, it just restarts and comes back to the screen. I know the CPU is a little weak, but she's going to be editing mostly 1080p footage. The 590 card is pretty new, is there no OpenCL support on it? Any ideas what's going on?
