mini monitor 4k errors on HP z820

i just installed a mini monitor 4k card on my Hp workstation z820 but my workstation behaves erratically since i installed the card , it takes so long to startup and sometimes it stuck on a black screen so i turn it of on on until it works , also it skips the bios intro (hp logo) when you startup the computer (only black screen then windows enters ) , also my usb interface stopped working for no reason , any solution please .
my workstaion specs (64 GB ram , 2x intel E-2690 processor , gtx 1070 TI VGA ) .
