Hi everyone,
I'm hardly trying to connect my "Ultrastudio 4K" in a "dell precision 5530" laptop using an apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter.
Windows recognise the hardware but the blackmagic video desktop in not.
Thunderbolt driver, bios, and blackmagic application is updated.
