Export to Avid DNxHD

Issues Exporting Locked Picture to Avid via DNxhd file. Received a DNxHD file from video editor but when I open in Pro Tools the audio drifts after about 8 mins. into the picture. How do I get the video editor to export this correctly?

check the frame base and sampling rates.
