Having some trouble with Desktop Video 10.11.4 on CentOS 7.6

I'm getting a DKMS error when installing the desktop video rpm . Card isn't recognized on desktopvideo-gui or Resolve

Here's the info from the CLI when installing

Any Ideas?

CentOS 7.6 w/ kernel 3.10.0-957.1.3.el7.x86_64
Decklink 4k Mini Monitor
Threadripper 1950x on Asus Zenith Extreme

Desktop Video 10.11.4 is not compatible with CentOS 7.6.

This should be addressed in the next Desktop Video release.

There is workaround for this in here
