Issue with UltraStudio Mini Monitor's HDMI

Hi,

I'm encountering some flickering horizontal lines when outputting video through Mini Monitor's HDMI from Final Cut Pro X and also Blackmagic Media Express.

I'm on an i7 MacBook Pro (OS 10.8.3). Footage is 1080p at 25fps and settings of BM's driver (version 9.7.2) are default standard as 1080p25.

Any idea why this might be happening?

I solved the problem by replacing the unit for a new one. Excellent customer support!

Everything was perfect until yesterday, when I updated Final Cut Pro X to version 10.1...

Nightmare!!!! Again two horizontal lines bothering...

Ok, as a New Year's gift, I opened up FCPX again and everything works fine this time!

I'm a true believer in evil electronic dwarfs and digital fairies. No kidding.

New chapter of my novel:

Everything was working great. Suddenly I had a power cut. Fortunately I have a good UPS. I shut down the computer and when I restart and open FCPX 10.1... This time there is no output at all!!! So all I see is black on the screen...

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling... Didn't work...

As I said, those electronic dwarfs are driving me crazy!

Somebody can help?

I've been so stupid this time! A/V output from the View FCPX menu was unticked!
