Mini Monitor for TB3?

Is BMD planning to release Thunderbolt 3 Versions of the Mini Monitor? I think it's very due!

There is the mini monitor HD which is TB3 and have more options then the older version.

There is too. 12Gsdi and HDMI 2.0 4K... Only a much heavier pricetag.
Remember the 12G hardware for encoding / decoding needs cooling and stuff. So yes maybe there will be a teranex mini 12G TB3. But because they already have the Ultrastudio 4K Extreme. I highly doubt it.

I'ma am aware of those products...but they are not mini...in size and price I was referring to the Ultrastudio Mini

Yeah well, For processing the higher bitrates they need a bigger FPGA. And that FPGA does not fit a mini case. So these are the solutions present right now.

Sure in the future they may build a 6G or 12G mini. But at the current point the hardware is there. Only not as mini.
