No Desktop Video Device Detected Problem

I have Blackmagic Decklink studio 4k for 2 years,
i the last month the card isn't detected by the desktio video setup.
I tries to uninstall the drivers, Tried to get out the card and put it back in the pciE.
The card is have install drivers in the device manager , all the needed drivers are o.k and nothing have driver problem or error in the system.
But still the desktop video setup isn't detected video device.
The card is export out picture but no sound throw the card in after effect and edius.
What should I do? How to fix this issue??
