Decklink - record audio

Hello,
I'm need to record some audio using Decklink Studio 4K, but windows 10 shows input (Line IN from BMD Studio) as "currently unavailable". I setup the board to use XLR, windows is not using the input for other stuff. Any ideea?

Did anyone look into this problem? I have this too. Other than this it works perfect. Using V10.11.2. Would using V12.0 solve this?
