Best Way to Restart

I put the wrong framerate in my project (60FPS when my footage is 24FPS) and now I need to restart my project apparently.

What's the best way to do this in order to preserve the work I've already done?

Use search- it has been discussed many times. Best solution- start from scratch. All other solutions are unofficial tricks which not always work or work well.
Now you created 4 posts about same problem- no need for this. You won't get anything more by doing so.
