no audio after conversion using Miniconverter Updowncross HD

I am using the converter to convert an SD 576i signal (with embedded audio) to full HD 1080i50 signal but the output video surprisingly has no audio.
switches 5, 7, 8 are turned off as per the manual.
please help.

I still have the same problem but it faced with some sources not all of them.
I faced the same problem (no audio) after down-converting some sources as well.

Any ideas about what could be the reason?
