Decklink 4K Extreme cropping top and left of PAL capture

I noticed a few months ago that my 4k Extreme was cropping the PAL video image at the top and on the left when capturing via Composite and S-video. About ~6 lines missing from the top and about ~6 pixels from the left. See the screen shot below of a grid test pattern from a Teranex 2D. My Kona LHi card does not exhibit this problem. I have reported this issue BMD, but there was no fix in latest driver update. Anybody else experiencing this issue or know of a fix?

The H.264 Pro Recorder exhibits the same cropping problem. Both products are based on the excellent ADV7842 A-to-D chip.

Unfortunately, no fix in the Desktop Video 11.1 Update.
