Hey BMD,
I've noticed that removing media from the media pool is not an action that can be undone.
In my workflow, I am using all the handy metadata that you've included in Resolve 9. I accidentally had clips in the media pool pane of the conform window selected when I was trying to remove some clips from the timeline and I've now lost all the metadata I had entered.
