I have an UltraStudio 4k and it's turning itself off after a few minutes of use. It's plugged into a UPS and I tried different power cables and different outlets and other equipment plugged in the same place is working so I know it's not a power issue.
Once it goes off unplugging and plugging it back in won't get it back on, it has to sit unplugged for a while before it will work again for a few minutes.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Anything I can try?
When I plug it into power but leave the sdi and thunderbolt cables unplugged it doesn't seem to shutdown, so maybe it's heating up when processing signal? (it is warm to the touch but that's to be expected). Thoughts???
