Mac Mini + 8GB or 16GB Vega eGPU?

Hi everybody. So I got a 6-Core Mac Mini 3.2 as a second editing machine and I was able to "TRY" an external VEGA 64 with 8GB. It works "ok" for what I do, but if I can get a bit more power out of it with a 16GB frontier edition vs the 8GB vega, I might go for it. I edit blackmagicRAW and only worry about davinci playback and after effects. I don't care at all about about export times -> only playback with nodes and light NR and AE.

Would be GREAT to hear some opinions.
