No Input through Decklink Duo 2

I've tried several different versions of Desktop Video, but I can't get any input from SDI through my Decklink Duo 2. I am using Windows 10 and eventually want video through Xsplit, but I can't get video through Blackmagic Media Express either.

I give the support answer: are you using the right SDI port?

if anything like my 8k thingie
out of the 5 ports the from the pcie connector side, 3rd and 4th are the primary input and output for single link SDI.

if I remember right
single/duo link
reference,secondary input, primary input, primary output, secondary output.
or quad with all four being either out or in.

No support for individual in or out in BM software yet for the 8k thingie, I have not checked beta.
