How to reset single rack video hub

My videohub seems to be frozen. The lights in the buttons are on and they change brightness when you
push them, but nothing changes. They seem to be working but are frozen in their current positions. When I open a remote panel in the edit suites, they are there but cannot be switched to any other combination. I used to reset by unplugging the power cord, unplugging the USB cable or unplugging the ethernet cable, counting to 30 and then re-plugging, but none of those remedies seem to work this time.

Does anyone have any ideas I might try to get this running again?

Was an update happening to the Videohub when any possible cable/power connections were removed? If you have the setup software open on the computer and the USB port is connected, do you see it displayed there?
