BM 4k production switcher and 4k talkback converter question

Im cabling the 4k production switcher to the 4k converter to the black magic broadcast camera but not getting the tally light only the image.

When tried on a second black magic camera it worked

when tried on both cameras both tallys lit at the same time.

Ive tried different cables, reset the cam but no luck, any ideas?

Set the Camera ID's in every broadcast camera to the correct ID. So the Camera that is going to Input 1 of your Atem, needs to have Camera ID 1

If the other camera goes to Input 5 of the Atem, Set ID to 5.
