Auto Sync Audio

I am trying to use the Auto Sync Audio on Resolve and I have some troubles with it.
I have two audio (wav) files (my recorder split my recordings into two files because of the big file size), and one video file (braw from the BMPCC4K). The problem is that the Auto Sync Audio only syncs one audio file, the other file is missing in the synced video file.
For testing purposes I recorded two video files with one corresponding audio file. It this case it worked fine and everything was synced.
It seems like it doesn't work the other way around, with two audio files and one video file. Could that be the case or am I doing something wrong.
