Decklink HD Extreme 3D+ 10bit HDMI?

I got a used Decklink HD Extreme 3D+... does the HDMI output support 10bit Deep Color HDMI 1.3? I hear the current models do & older cards do not, but not sure about this model.

I was wondering which Blackmagic cards do support HDMI 1.3 Deep Color apart from the Decklink 4K Extreme 12G, the only one that is mentioned on the website as being so ?

And if there is something to do to activate this feature with a monitor that is 10 bit like a plasma from Panasonic for exemple ?
