Any way to send HD and 4K out Decklink at same time?

I have a grading setup with a Flanders HD display as my main monitor and a 4K LG OLED as my client monitor. I've been sending HD to both - via my Decklink Studio 4K (SDI to the Flanders, HDMI to the OLED), but I'd love to be able to feed the OLED 4K. Is there any way to do that with this card, or is there another Decklink card that can do it?

DeckLink 12G Extreme can do it.

Yeah, I looked, but I don't see one that seems to do that, which is weird....

Set the card to 4K. Add Teranex Mini SDI > HDMI.
Teranex can downconvert the HDMI output from a 12G SDI signal.
