Resolve 14b5 force conform doesn't work for still frames

I had to do different language version subtitles and used still frame overlays for the subtitles. I wanted to force conform and replace one language with another keeping everything else in the timeline - but it would not force conform. I ended up with a work around by placing each language in a different folder, kept the file name the same and just relinked the same file to a different folder.
