Resolve 15b.3 Crashes upon launch

I simply cannot get Resolve to launch. Reinstalling the first beta works.

I have a shared data base.

I have tried to deactivate my licence and manually key it in after installing the new beta.. still crashes.

I'm wanting up upgrade because with one project, I was working in Fusion and it just crashed. Then it just crashes everytime I try open that specific project from project manager.

Project that just crashes upon launch if that's helpful. I was playing in Fusion just before it officially died.

If there's a way someone could open it up and remove the fusion bug I'd love to be able to keep my work from this project too!

What is your system config, and OS, and do you have a diagnostic log as generated by Resolve?
