Software starts, keep appearing on task but nothing happens

I already tried everything.

Uninstall and install again
Uninstall and remove the config.dat and re-install
Change the config.dat Local.GPU.Mode to all the options
Run the install and the software as Admin

Everything on my system is updated.

Every time, same thing: Run the software, nothing happens. No splash screen, nothing. But the software is running on task manager. I end it there, start again and nothing... No splash screen, nothing again...

One time I uninstalled it, and after re-install I used the tour and guide configuration just to try, after the end of the configuration I got an error message (which I forgot to print). Closed the error window, software is not running. Run the software again and same thing as always, appears on taks manager but nothing happens.

I don't know what to do anymore... LOGs are here attached to this post.

My system:

Windows 10 latest update, everything updated
I7 7700
16GB RAM
NVidia GTX 1070 updated

as for the other troubleshooting we are doing, the current suggestion is double:

1) take the 1070 out, use the onboard gui card and see if it goes up to "cuda not detected".
2) see if it is possible to disable the onboard card from bios entirely.

We tried without the 1070 using only the onboard, and with only the 1070 with onboard deactivated.

Same thing in both cases... Same thing of before :/

did you try with a v14 or v12.5 of the software?

ah! another Idea: if you have any external OFX,, uninstall them, it might get hanged up in opening.

Please link to a Windows System Information .NFO file.

Also, please run:

C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\CaptureLogs.bat and link to the log file that creates.

Guys, yesterday my firend found a post here in the forum about the Intel Driver, he moved the driver alway from the folder and like magic the software now IS WORKING!

He gonna try move back and update the driver to test if will still working

UPDATE: He tried update the driver and yes, now is everything working

"This issue seems to be related to intel driver (igdrclneo64).
Could you try to update it or re-installing the driver?
From a quick google search I see some users (of other apps with similar issue) solved their problem by uninstalling the intel driver. Maybe you could give it a try as well if updating or re-installing the driver doesn't help your case."

Yes, why I asked for the NFO file. It would have shown this was the issue.
