Noise Reduction panel is blank

When I apply the Noise Reduction filter on the Fairlight page, the window opens but it's blank (just a black window). It appears to apply the default settings but you can't change any settings because there's nothing there. It's the only plugin that does this. Not always but a lot of the time.

I'm seeing all the appropriate settings here in Studio 15b7 in Windows 10 Pro (1709).

Noise Reduction Fairlight FX plugin also fully functional on OS X.12.6 within both the Edit and Fairlight pages.

Thanks, guys. It's only done this 3 or 4 times out of 10 or so times that I've used it. Not a nuisance but I thought the developers should know about it.
