CRASH: Sync audio and video clip, change channels to mono

Resolve 15 beta build 32
STEPS:
In Media page
Import an audio and a video clip. The sound DOES NOT need to match.
Select both and open context menu
Choose Auto-sync Audio/Based on Waveform (with or without "and Append Tracks")
Select video clip and open context menu
Choose Clip Attributes...
Click on Audio tab
Change a Format (I changed the first track from Stereo to Mono)

RESULT:
Repro Crash (but autosave works beautifully!)

Note: tracks are added/sync "succeeds" even if there is no sound that matches. I could file a separate bug...
