New version available notice

Ran resolve 16 beta not studio version yesterday and got a full screen message about a new version being available with a download button at the bottom.
After downloading it was beta4 which i was already on, i have never seen this before is it something new

I took it for granted when i saw the download version looked the same
I see from another post on same issue its not
