16.1 b3 Deliver Filename does not accept text

I can't enter a filename for my export. It seems focus is locked to the timeline and if I type "o" it gives me an out point.

You haven't by chance got "Filename uses: Timeline name" selected, have you?

Otherwise, it works for me on 16.1b3
