Modify default XML import behavior

Greetings,

My most common workflow is receiving XMLs from editors working in Premiere and using those to link to the source footage. Works well enough, but I have have unchecked "Automatically set project settings" and "Automatically import source clips into media pool" at least 1000 times now. Please let us modify the import XML default settings so those are unchecked by default.
