Cut Page Bins

Currently, Smart and Power Bins aren't directly accessible on the Cut page. It'd be nice if we had the same access to bins in Cut as we do in Edit.

The cut page was not designed for this, i would recommend using the edit page for that. adding this function to the cut page would take away the value of the edit page.
