Hi,

I wished there were more BMD driven training videos on YouTube showing the work with Fusion. I think, After Effects got only so popular because of the free VideoCopilot trainings.

I do really miss something like this for Fusion and NEW stuff as well. On YouTube, there are some outdated stuff there, but I think BMD should care of this and create content.

You can have the best tool in the industry, but as long as nobody can handle it or knows how stuff can be done, the tool will not gain that much popularity.

Even Blender has more tutorials and with V2.8 it is slowly conquering the industry.

I've never really watched his videos, but there's this guy on youtube called "jayaretv", looks like he's making alot of tutorials with fusion.

No.
I was looking for some more advanced stuff like:

- When to use Optical Flow or Fusion Tracker in the camera tracker. How to work with the advanced settings.

- Advanced work with greenscreen and 3D markers

- Advanced work with 3D fog etc.

All that good stuff you need.
It would be great to see individual tutorials for each complex node like camera tracker or so where you have to deal with a lot of settings.

Interesting idea. A separate BMD video tutorial with explanations and creative ideas for every effect in Resolve.

Only for the complicated ones, which cannot be mastered by trial and error. The "follower" feature is such one. Very powerful, but hard to understand without tutorials.

BMD should care first the most common things in the VFX world, like:

- rotoscoping and animation

- greenscreen with locked camera and moved camera (3D markers on set)

- set extensions with planar elements and also 3D elements (involves camera tracking)

- retouching (removing of objects in a clip (involves camera tracking)

and so on.

The more prof. tutorials are available, the more people will use the tool. This is the simplest marketing you can have with best gaining effect.

Unfortunaly, my knowledge is far beyond those and I think that the manual is neither precise enough nor does it share enough details and examples. The reader is left with a lot of
