PROBLEM STREAMING ATEM MINI PRO

Can any one help in streaming ATEM mini Pro to Youtube and Facebook. I have been trying with the key given but the online red light is still bliking.

thats normal on some internet connections .. test with different connection ..

Hard to respond with such little information, but here are some possible things that go wrong.

1. Is your ATEM mini plugged into a working ethernet connection (rj45 port on back of atem mini pro)
2. Are you behind any type of firewall or filtering on that connection (very common in school districts that have middle school or below in....also can be common at a company as well)
3. In the streaming tab on the atem control software under Platform are you selecting the platform you desire to stream to. Under the Key field are you correctly posting the key (with no extra spaces or extra characters that are accidentally copied and pasted into the field.
4. Are you able to stream to any other platform?

The points above would serve as a good starting point.
