ATEM 9.3.3 Update Constellation 8K Network issues

Hi all

We recently updated the ATEM Constellation 8K to the update 9.3.3, it gave customizeable MV, audio mapping, great stuff. But it broke network connections with Hyperdecks and VideoHub Router Panels.

If we insert the IP address of the hyperdeck in the remote section it says failed, like it doesn't find it at all. But if you restart the ATEM it suddenly appears connected.

Regarding the VideoHub Router panels, we tried the old ones and the newer ones, none of them recognizes the ATEM 8K anymore, they keep blinking red, and we used this a lot.

Also interaction with Skaarhoj GPIO doesn't work anymore.

The ATEM Advanced 1M/E panel and Shading panel these work fine.

In the new ATEM Software, in the settings, there is a section Network Discovery, to allow the ATEM to be discovered on the network, it's unlatched but also Greyed out, we can't change it.

Someone any idea about this issue?

Have issues with the Skaarhoj Eth-GPI

Sorry to say but much updates give problems. My Ursa iris is going open and close continu and I also couldn’t open the iris completely with all other camera's since the latest updates so I had to downgrade to 9.3.1.
So not a real solution for you at the moment…

V9.4 is out

Version 9.4 doesn't have anything new for the ATEM Constellation 8K, the last is 9.3.3.

My Skaarhoj decided to work again, and haven't failed so far.

The Router panels, I found that if I do a factory reset, and set up IP, everything we use works OK. But once I reboot the ATEM, all router panels stop working again.

Interesting on the URSA, need to test that as well then.

Iris from the Ursa open and close continu and the iris of BMPCC's can't be opened fully anymore, with version 9.3.1 this all works perfect.
