Panasonic Lumix GH5 with ATEM Production Studio 4K?

I plan to buy a Panasonic Lumix GH5 for live production on an ATEM Production Studio 4K for my long shot.
I want to connect the GH5 via a BMD HDMI to SDI micro converter on my ATEM PS 4K.
Is this possible? Does this config work?
I plan to use it in 1080p50 and in 2160p25 oder 2160p30 (29,97), is this possible with a Panasonic GH5?

Well, 1080p is 3G-SDI, 2160p25 is 6G-SDI. The Micro-converter is 3G-only, so you will only be able to make it work in 1080p50 or lower configs. Not sure if your GH5 can output any of that, though.

Also using a GH5 or other DSLR type of camera for live video would be pushing the camera to it's limits.. These cameras are not made for live video.. (Panasonics get quite hot.. Canons are know for killing pixels due too overheting there sensor.. )

BMD uses big sensors too in their cameras.. But these are cooled with huge cooling blocks and fans.. This to ensure that the sensor will not overheat and don't get a lot of noise..

So if you a looking for buying a camera.. I would not recommend any DSLR like camera..

But...,
why does the GH5 has no recording limit when it could not record a long time until to get very hot?
Does the GH5 also geht very hot when it records in 1080p50 or only in 2160p mode?
I need about 1h recording.. Is this possible with the GH5?

I think this is no problem after this article...

While the GH5 is a nice camera, it is not a video production camera pe se, it is a still camera that can shoot video. For long take productions, a normal video production camera would be better. That said, it shoukd be ok when used at 1080p resolutions. The higher data rate in UH D/4K creates more heat than HD resolutions would.

Another issue is you are going to need to convert the HDMI output to SDI TI get a cable run longer than 15-feet (which is max HDMI cable length in the ATEM).
