Hello everybody!
We have a completely new mixer Pro 4k since september 2018.
Everything run well - we had used it for four projects.
In november we had an issue.
We have connected our mixer to display through hdmi multiview. It has started to show grid for a couple of seconds then turned to black. Any our attemts to get it back - like change several checked hdmi cables, display done nothing.
While the SDI multiview was working well and still works. So now we can use only SDI multiview which we convert to hdmi with BMD micro converter sdi to hdmi.
What is the trouble? Any ideas?
