Web Presenter Fuse?

Hello - can anyone tell me how to open the fuse panel on this 2017 Web Presenter? I cannot get the unit to power on at all. It was working perfectly up until yesterday, and I have someone who is convinced that it is the fuse. If you look at the back, underneath where the power plugs into the device, it says "use only with a 250v fuse" - I took the housing off of the unit but could not figure out how to get in there. I'm afraid I'm going to break the plastic.

I can’t speak specifically for that unit, but typically there is a slot you can pop out with a small flathead screw driver under the plug area. The fuse and spare are in there.

Underneath the "Euro"power cord input is a rectangle. There is a small TAB where you put a flat head screw driver behind to open it.
