The tech specs say the power usage is 18 watts. At 12v that is 1.5 amps of current draw. You can buy a threaded locking barrel connector and wire it up to any 12v source.
You could use a 12v battery (or batteries wired correctly). Just determine how long you expect it to run and size your battery accordingly.
Batteries are rated in amp hours (Ah). Assuming a 12v battery, with the ATEM Mini (12v load), and a current draw of 1.5A; you can do the calculation.
Ah = current draw * run time
Lets say the ATEM will be on for 3 hours per show. The Ah requirement of the battery will be 4.5 Ah. That is under perfect conditions with a perfect battery, running the battery down to zero. I usually add about 30% to my calculated number when determining battery size. In this case, I would buy a 12v battery with a rating of 6.4 Ah or better.
I would double check with Blackmagic to see if it is ok to have an input of 14.7v from a vehicle cigarette lighter port. I would assume it is ok, but double check.
If you want to wire it to a battery / car adapter, I would also install an inline fuse.
I hope I answered your question.
