Blackmagic Studio camera 4K 2 not showing Video

Hi,

Anyone can help me to this problem.

There is power and menu is showing but the video is not showing. We've tried the lens in other camera and its working.

Sounds like a sensor issue. Contact BMD regional support. Unit might need to go back to BMD for service.
