ATEM TV Studio HD PGM out doesn't work

Good Day!

Recently we bought a new ATEM TV Studio HD and after couple months faced that PGM out doesn’t work. All other outputs are working fine.

What we tried:
- Different SDI cables
- Different Monitors with SDI direct input or HDMI through converter
- Different signal sources
- To change resolutions on the switch
- To reset it by downgrading and then upgrading the firmware (current is v8.0.3)

I also found a similar forum post but didn't find an answer there.

Would you please suggest what else can we try? Or is that a warranty case?
