Hi guys,
I have just received two Teranex Mini IP Video 12G unit and have come across a huge problem and was hoping you kind people could help out!!
So, I have configured them to have static IPs and they are connected to a VLAN (where only those two and my laptop are members). I am able to use the Teranex app to connect to them but when i create an IP Videohub in the Videohub setup app I cannot add either of them as a source or destination, automatically or manually.
What am I doing wrong?
My switch is a Netgear GS728TPv2. This should be just a simple point to point connection but it's just not working .... help!!!
