How to solved problem InfoCaster 3.0.4

My CG. using software InfoCaster 3.0.4 (for add logo and message on screen)
hardware using two card
one are ViewCast Osprey video
and two are Blackmagic DeckLink Studio

hardware computer
intel core 17
memory = 8 GB
harddisk = 1 TB

software
windows xp
InfoCaster 3.0.4

using Blackmagic Livekey software
and using with External key option

InfoCaster is good one (but I have older version)

good thing InfoCaster easy to using.

problem
software not stable some time ok some time not respond like click show logo but not work
many time do same thing but not work and some time do same all is back to normak (work ok)
big problem
CPU always to overload (all time)
sometime software freeze

please help to advice me ,

Sounds like your CG software isn't very stable. Probably a better post in their forum as this is for the Blackmagic gear. If you want a new CG check out CasparCG which is free and darned stable. Use it all the time. They have awesome forums over there too for stuff like this.

I just looking for CasparCG, I test already but not easy to using. for me may be I can using it no problem but officer who working in this function is my local language not too much for know English language and computer technical. It is have problem with user and traing them not easy.
