ATEM 4k Switcher 4.1 Stopped Working

I recently bought the ATEM 4k Switcher because of the new 4.1 update included 1080p frame rates.

When I first turned it on I saw the color space issue that other people had noticed when connecting my camera over HDMI (1080i59.94):

I then installed the 4.1 update, bounced the switcher + unplugged the USB cable, and when it came back I lost the HDMI camera even though the setting was still 1080i59.94. Instead of the neon green and orange I was seeing just black.

I then tested an HDSDI signal from a Sony FS700 and also got black while testing all of it's possible frame rate outputs, including 1080i 59.94 and 1080p 24, 30 - changing the settings on both the camera and the switcher to match.

I rolled it back to 4.0 and saw the neon green from HDMI camera once again, but SDI 1080i59.94 from the Sony FS700 was still black.

Is there a missing component/setting I'm missing or have others noticed this?

I might have to return this...

I think I've narrowed this problem down to the FS700 SDI port being 8-bit, whereas the ATEM 4K switch has 10-bit ports.

I tried with a Blackmagic camera (which has a 10-bit SDI out port and it worked fine)

My work around with the FS700 is to go HDMI out.
