ATEM 2 Switcher Lower Thirds

Hi,

We are using the ATEM 2 switcher. We import lower thirds from Datavideo's CG-300 or Adobe Photoshop. Everytime we air a lower third from the switcher, it has a transparent layer when coming from either source. We are using the upstream keyer. How do I get rid of that transparency? We have followed the Photoshop instructions from the manual and Datavideo says our files are built right so it has to be something on the switcher end.

Can you post both a screenshot of what you're seeing after the ATEM touches the graphics as well as the graphic itself so we can peek at it?
