No Grid on Ursa Broadcast

Hello,

my Ursa was on 6.7 and now on 6.8.1 firmware. I do not have Grid (Tally indicator) on 3G-SDI out.
It is enabled in menu on 3G output and I have tried two different monitors. Tried progressive (level A and B) and interlaced, and no grid.

I thought that my monitors are zooming the image and I do not see the grid. I have the option to zoom out (decrease image size on monitor), and it didn't help.

LCD grid works just fine. Anyone else having this issue?

What monitors do you use? BMD ones?

Because the 3G Monitor output never had Tally indicators on the SDI output. The Studio Viewfinders and eye viewfinders do. But they retrieve this by Tally data from the SDI signal. Not an overlay video.

Daniel is correct. The Red/Green Tally (grid) is always "in monitor" generated from a flag in the SDI. The other grids are overlays generated in camera to the various outputs.

I suppose that Video Assist can display grid information?

Nope. The only 2 devices that support the Tally flag is the Viewfinder and Studio Viewfinder.

The Video Assist monitors do not have this option.
